License Agreement
Terms and Conditions of Accessing and Using the insight on-line library

1. Copyright
The entire contents and all resources of the insight on-line library are protected by copyright (unless otherwise indicated). All rights different than stated below are reserved for Blackhorse Scientific Publishers, Ltd., Warsaw, Poland, hereinafter called Blackhorse.

2. Access to the insight on-line library
A. All users are granted with a free access to:
- Homepages of Blackhorse's products;
- Tables of Contents;
- Abstracts of journal articles;
- All other resources indicated as free of charge.
Username and password are not required for accessing the above resources.
B. Access to full texts of journal articles, chapters of books and electronic supplementary material is possible according to the below terms:
- institutional and individual subscribers of printed versions of the journals published by Blackhorse are granted with the free-of-charge access to full texts of journal articles and electronic supplementary material after they have registered in the insight on-line library system using a specified Registration Form; printed form subscription number is required for validation purposes;
- persons and institutions willing to subscribe to electronic versions of Blackhorse journals and books can be granted with access to these resources after having registered in insight on-line library database using a specified Registration Form and paid charges according to the Blackhorse pricelist;
- access to full texts of single articles is granted basing on registration using a specified Registration Form and payment of charges according the Blackhorse pricelist.
C. All usernames and passwords are strictly confidential and must be kept confidential and must not be disclosed or shared with any third party.
D. Access to insight on-line library resources allows to download, view, copy, save to hard disk or diskette and store or print out single copies of individual articles or other items for the personal use. Institutions granted with the access to the insight on-line library can allow to copy insight on-line library resources to their employees or other authorized users only for scholarly, educational, research or study purposes. It is strictly prohibited to use insight on-line library resources for commercial purposes.
E. Except as provided in Paragraph (D), it is not allowed to copy, distribute, transmit or otherwise reproduce material from the insight on-line library or systematically store such material in any form of media in a retrieval system. It is also prohibited to download or store the entire issue of the electronic journal. Also storing resources of the insight on-line library in electronic formats in electronic reading rooms or printing out multiple copies for inclusion in coursepacks or conference material is not allowed. It is not allowed to transmit any material from the insight on-line library directly or indirectly for use in any paid service such as document delivery or list serve, or for use by any information brokerage or for systematic distribution of the material, whether or not to another User and whether for commercial or non-profit use or whether for a fee or free of charge. All such actions, including interlibrary loans, are subjects to a separate written licenses.
F. In order to protect the copyright and integrity of the insight on-line library resources, it is prohibited to remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices, author attribution or disclaimer contained in the material or on any screen display. It is prohibited to integrate material form the insight on-line library with other materials from or otherwise create derivative works in any medium based on or including materials from the insight on-line library. This is not meant to prohibit quotations for purposes of comment, criticism or similar scholarly purposes.
G. It is prohibited to restrict or inhibit any other user access to the insigh on-line library resources.
H. In case of any violation of these rules or any other conditions of this License Agreement, Blackhorse reserves the right to terminate an access to the insight on-line library immediately without prior notice, in addition to other available legal remedies.

3. Additional Terms
Blackhorse is not responsible for any costs and charges associated with accessing the insight on-line library such as costs of computer equipment, telephone and Internet charges as well as costs of access software. Blackhorse may modify terms of this agreement at any time. Information about the changes will be indicated in the insight on-line library homepage. Moreover, all registered users of the insight on-line library system will be notified about the changes via electronic or conventional mail with a request to accept the changed terms.
Insight on-line library may contain links to third party websites. In such a case, Blackhorse disclaims all responsibility and liability for the content of such third party websites. Users assume the sole responsibility for the accessing of third party websites and use of any content appearing on such websites.

4. Privacy and Data Protection Policy
Herewith, Blackhorse declares their responsibility to protect all the personal data provided by users in order to gain access to the insight on-line library. These data will not be used for purposes not connected with the insight on-line library and will not be distributed or shared with any third party without written permission of the data owner.

5. Warranty Limitations
i. INSIGHT ON-LINE LIBRARY AND ALL THE MATERIAL CONTAINED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
ii. THE USE OF INSIGHT ON-LINE LIBRARY RESOURCES IS AT THE USER'S OWN RISK;
iii. ACCESS TO THE INSIGHT ON-LINE LIBRARY MAY BE INTERRUPTED AND MAY NOT BE ERROR FREE;
iv. NEITHER BLACKHORSE NOR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DELIVERING THE RESOURCES OF THE INSIGHT ON-LINE LIBRARY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USER'S USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE INSIGHT ON-LINE LIBRARY AND THE MATERIAL CONTAINED THEREIN.

6. Jurisdiction
This License Agreement has been prepared according to the civil law of the Republic of Poland and should be interpreted pursuant to those. Any legal actions arising out or related to this agreement shall be instituted in a competent courts to Blackhorse's site.

7. Acceptance of the License Agreemen
User declares his acceptance of terms and conditions of the above License Agreement by means of clicking the "Akceptuj? / I Accept" button on the bottom of this web page. Blackhorse herewith assumes that everyone who clicked "I Accept" button got precisely familiar with terms and conditions of this License Agreement and declares to obey its rules.
